Crossley Property Group is a privately held real estate investment company based out of Pennsylvania that invests in multifamily properties, mobile home parks and storage facilities throughout the U.S., with our primary focus on (but not limited to) the Southeastern U.S., and markets where we have partners on the ground locally. We specializing in acquiring, adding value to, and overseeing 3rd party management of properties in stable B to C locations where rent growth and property improvements lead to increased equity.
Our company started 12 years ago by flipping houses and buying small multifamily rentals. Since the beginning we have partnered with individuals looking to invest passively in real estate to grow their wealth. We take pride in the strong relationships we create with our private money lenders (see our testimonials page) and our business has grown, and continues to grow, with them by our side. Over the past few years our partners have syndicated over 35 million dollars in real estate and purchased over 500 units. We strongly believe in utilizing the infinite returns strategy on all of our projects so that our passive investors receive their capital back after a property is stabilized and then remain in the deal as our partners for the life that we own it.
