We buy multifamily apartment buildings, mobile home parks and storage facilities throughout the U.S.  Our primary focus are markets in the South East, including, but not limited to: SC, NC, GA, TN.  We specifically search for properties that meet the following criteria but are open to considering other types as well:

• B to C buildings, Garden, Low Rise Style

• B to C locations

• SC, NC, GA, TN and other states in the SE US

• Prefer stabilized assets with value add opportunity

• Preferred price range: $1,300,000+
